Director:

1.   Determine the direction of activities and vision and mission as well as the general leadership in managing the UKAW SDGs Center.

2.    Coordinating and controlling financial administration and secretariat of the UKAW SDGs Center activities.

3.    Coordinating and controlling the procurement activities and equipment for the UKAW SDGs Center secretariat equipment.

4.     Make plans to obtain and develop sources of income and expenditure for the UKAW SDGs Center.

5.   Acting as a representative of the UKAW SDGs Center in relation to external parties, such as the Government, other universities and NGOs from within and outside the country.

6.     Leading general meetings, in order to ensure the running of activities; explain and conclude actions and policies.

7.   Making decisions in certain situations deemed necessary, either through secretariat meetings or outside secretariat meetings.

8.    Ensure that the UKAW SDGs Center is active in the network and plays a proper role in achieving SDGs goals.

9.  Ensure strengthening of SDGs institutional capacity, strengthening domestic scale networks and expanding networks to national and international scales to accelerate the achievement of SDGs goals.

10.  Establish networked policy points in the framework of maximizing the achievement of SDGs goals.

11. Ensuring that the role of the UKAW SDGs Center in participating in problem solving in national development has been going well.

12. Seek funding for the sustainability of the UKAW SDGs Center activities through a network framework and exercise financial control.

 

Deputy Director for Cooperation:

1.   Assisting the Director to establish a collaboration between the UKAW SDGs Center and external partners to improve the achievement of SDGs goals.

2.    Expanding innovative multi-stakeholder partnerships and collaborations to accelerate the achievement of SDGs goals.

3.   Coordinating the management of Cooperation activities starting from the pilot stage, making the MoU and reporting

4.   Provide constructive input to the Director related to Cooperation.

5.   Assisting the director in carrying out other duties assigned by the Director.

 

Executive Secretary:

1.     Prepare and manage all administrative documents (including correspondence) from the UKAW SDGs Center.

2.     Organizing and coordinating meetings that are held and/or involve the UKAW SDGs Center.

3.     Taking and distributing minutes of meetings

4.     Set up and confirm appointments with SDGs partners

5.     Maintain databases and manage office supplies.

6.     Organize and maintain a filing system.

7.     Organize and control work procedures at the SDGs secretariat.

8.     Communicate orally and in writing to answer questions and provide certain information to Partners.

9.     Internal and external contacts.

10.  Coordinating the flow of information both internally and externally.

11.  Responsible for maintaining electronic filing systems and / or hard copy documentation for the required record files and reports

12.  Receiving and delivering instructions and assignments to and from the Director

13.  Make travel arrangements for the Director and Components related to the UKAW SDGs Center Secretariat.

14.  Welcome and receive guests and identify their requests for action

15.  Create a workflow schedule from the office and coordinate it to ensure that deadlines and work commitments have been met and that continuity of secretarial operations is maintained in the absence of a director.

16.  Prepare statistical reports if needed

17.  Perform other secretarial administrative duties as needed.

 

Financial Sector:

1.     Operational supervisor on the finances of the UKAW SDGs Center.

2.     Give accountability in every activity related to financial matters.

3.     Establish detailed financial implementation procedures.

4.     Conduct field checks regarding sections or activities related to financial problems.

5.     Request accountability from each division or activity manager related to the UKAW SDGs Center.

6.     Establish standards for field work to ensure and ensure that there are no leaks related to the use of finance.

7.     Coordinate with the Director regarding the use of finances

8.     Perform other activities related to finance.


Technical Staff:

1.  Assist in carrying out the tasks of the UKAW SDGs Center office according to the direction of the SDGs Center Director.

2.     Assist the Secretary in carrying out administrative duties.

3.     Assist the Financial Sector in carrying out financial tasks.
